By enrolling in Skillz Pro (“we,” “our,” or “us”) programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
- Enrollment is open to all ages.
- Participation requires providing accurate personal information.
- Each batch is limited to 20 students.
2. Program Details
- The program is 100% LIVE, consisting of 12 weeks and 100+ hours of training.
- Recordings will be provided for missed sessions.
- The program covers Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
3. Payment & Refunds
- All payments are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed.
- Payment must be completed via bank transfer as provided in the enrollment section.
4. User Responsibility
By enrolling, you agree to:
- Not share or distribute course materials without permission
- Use the platform responsibly and lawfully
- Respect other participants and instructors
5. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, content, and branding are property of Skillz Pro.
- Students may use materials for personal learning and portfolio building only.
6. Third-Party Tools
- The program uses third-party platforms like Google, Meta, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- By participating, you consent to the processing of your information by these platforms under their policies.
7. Cookies & Tracking
- We use cookies and tracking technologies to improve website functionality, analyze usage, and optimize advertising campaigns.
8. Earnings & Results Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee income, results, or job placements.
- Success depends on individual effort, skills, and market conditions.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
