These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skillz Pro website and your participation in the Skillz Pro performance marketing mentorship program.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, purchasing the program, or participating in Skillz Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase the program.

1. About Skillz Pro

Skillz Pro is a performance marketing education and mentorship program based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

The program is designed to provide practical training in areas including Meta Ads, Google Ads, performance marketing, campaign strategy, optimization, tracking, analytics, scaling, and related digital advertising skills.

The program includes live classes, practical assignments, educational resources, mentorship, community support, and class recordings.

2. Eligibility

Skillz Pro is intended for individuals who want to develop skills that can help them work online, pursue freelancing opportunities, work in digital marketing, build an agency, or improve their existing marketing skills.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when applying or registering for the program.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an application where information provided is false, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

3. Program Structure

Skillz Pro is currently offered as a 12-week live performance marketing mentorship program.

The program may include:

• 12 live modules
• Weekly live classes
• Practical assignments
• Live Q&A sessions
• Campaign examples
• Downloadable resources
• Practical frameworks
• Campaign templates
• A final capstone project
• Certificate of Completion
• Community access through WhatsApp
• Lifetime access to class recordings

The curriculum, schedule, teaching methods, instructors, resources, and delivery format may be reasonably updated or improved from time to time.

4. Program Fee

The current program fee is:

PKR 5,000/-

This is a one-time payment for the applicable Skillz Pro cohort.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the program fee does not include advertising spend, third-party software subscriptions, paid tools, platform fees, internet charges, devices, or other expenses that a student may incur while implementing the skills taught in the program.

5. Payment

You agree to provide accurate payment information and pay the applicable program fee before receiving access to the program.

Skillz Pro may use third-party payment or financial service providers to process payments.

Where a third-party payment provider is used, its own terms and policies may also apply.

Skillz Pro is not responsible for failures caused by a student’s bank, payment provider, internet connection, or other third-party payment infrastructure.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Skillz Pro offers refunds only before the start of the applicable class/program.

If you request a refund before the program begins, you may contact us at:

Once the class/program has started, no refunds will be provided.

This is because students receive access to live sessions, educational resources, community support, and other program materials once the program begins.

Any approved refund will be processed using a reasonable payment method and timeframe determined by Skillz Pro and the relevant payment provider.

7. Lifetime Recording Access

Skillz Pro provides students with lifetime access to class recordings where stated as part of the program.

Students may download and retain permitted class recordings and educational materials for their personal educational use for as long as they wish.

“Lifetime access” means access for the lifetime of the applicable educational content/service and does not mean that Skillz Pro guarantees that a particular website, platform, hosting service, file format, or technology will remain available indefinitely.

Skillz Pro may update, replace, or migrate recordings and educational materials where reasonably necessary.

8. Personal Use of Course Materials

All course materials provided by Skillz Pro are intended for the student’s personal educational use.

Unless Skillz Pro provides written permission, you may not:

• Resell course recordings or materials
• Share recordings publicly
• Upload recordings to another website or platform
• Distribute course materials to other people
• Repackage Skillz Pro materials as your own course
• Use Skillz Pro materials to create a competing training product
• Give paid or commercial access to other people
• Claim Skillz Pro’s proprietary materials as your own work

You may use the knowledge and skills you learn through the program in your own professional, freelance, employment, agency, or business activities.

9. Intellectual Property

The Skillz Pro website, branding, logos, curriculum, course materials, frameworks, templates, recordings, written materials, graphics, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Skillz Pro unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Skillz Pro intellectual property to you.

Your purchase gives you a limited right to access and use the educational materials for the permitted purposes described in these Terms.

10. Student Assignments and Work

Students retain ownership of their own original work, campaigns, business materials, and other content they independently create.

By submitting work to Skillz Pro for feedback, you grant Skillz Pro permission to use that submission internally for educational and mentoring purposes.

Skillz Pro will not publicly use identifiable student work, campaign results, screenshots, testimonials, photographs, or success stories for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

11. Student Testimonials and Success Stories

Skillz Pro may ask students to provide feedback about their experience.

If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, photograph, campaign result, screenshot, or success story and give permission for promotional use, Skillz Pro may use that material on its website, social media, advertisements, presentations, or other marketing channels.

12. No Guarantee of Results

Skillz Pro provides education, mentorship, frameworks, practical exercises, and skills designed to help students develop their performance marketing abilities.

However, Skillz Pro does not guarantee any particular result.

We do not guarantee that a student will:

• Earn a specific amount of money
• Obtain clients
• Get a job
• Start a successful agency
• Generate a specific return on advertising spend
• Generate leads or sales
• Recover advertising expenditure
• Achieve a particular income
• Become a successful media buyer within a specific period

Results vary depending on numerous factors, including individual effort, experience, implementation, market conditions, advertising budgets, industry, offer, creative quality, economic conditions, platform changes, client quality, and other factors outside Skillz Pro’s control.

Our objective is to equip students with practical skills and knowledge that they can use to pursue their own goals.

13. Advertising Platforms and Third-Party Services

Skillz Pro teaches students how to use advertising platforms and related tools, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.

These platforms are operated by independent third parties.

Their policies, algorithms, pricing, features, account requirements, and advertising rules can change at any time.

Skillz Pro does not control these platforms and is not responsible for:

• Advertising account suspensions
• Advertising disapprovals
• Changes to platform algorithms
• Changes in advertising costs
• Changes in platform features
• Loss of advertising data
• Account restrictions
• Third-party platform outages
• Campaign performance

Students are responsible for complying with the policies and terms of the platforms they use.

14. Educational Information Disclaimer

The information provided through Skillz Pro is for educational and informational purposes.

Marketing strategies, advertising platforms, technologies, and best practices change over time.

While we make reasonable efforts to provide useful and relevant information, we do not guarantee that every strategy, recommendation, example, or technique will remain effective or applicable in every situation.

Students should use their own professional judgment when applying the information provided.

15. WhatsApp Community

Skillz Pro may provide access to a WhatsApp community for students.

Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally.

You must not use the community to:

• Harass other participants
• Share illegal or harmful content
• Spam members
• Promote unrelated products or services without permission
• Share another student’s private information
• Share confidential information belonging to another person or business
• Engage in abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or inappropriate conduct

Skillz Pro reserves the right to remove a participant from the community for serious or repeated violations.

Removal from the community does not automatically create a right to a refund once the program has started.

16. Student Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Attending live classes where possible
• Completing assignments
• Following applicable laws and platform policies
• Maintaining the security of your accounts
• Keeping your login information confidential
• Using course materials responsibly
• Respecting other students and mentors
• Applying the training responsibly and ethically

Skillz Pro is not responsible for a student’s failure to implement the training or attend classes.

17. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Skillz Pro, its website, community, or materials to facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or malicious activities.

This includes using advertising knowledge to promote scams, fraudulent products, illegal services, deceptive claims, or other unlawful activities.

Skillz Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated.

18. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website
• Interfere with website operation
• Introduce malicious code
• Scrape or reproduce substantial portions of the website without permission
• Misuse forms or communication systems
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to compromise the security of the website or its users

19. Availability of the Website and Program

We aim to provide reliable access to the Skillz Pro website and program.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, internet outages, third-party services, platform failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, Skillz Pro will take appropriate steps to address significant interruptions.

20. Changes to the Program

Skillz Pro may make reasonable changes to the curriculum, schedule, teaching materials, instructors, session timing, technology, or delivery method when necessary.

We will endeavor to maintain the overall educational purpose and value of the program.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skillz Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-related losses arising from your use of the website or participation in the program.

This includes losses relating to:

• Lost income
• Lost profits
• Lost business opportunities
• Advertising expenditure
• Client losses
• Business interruption
• Platform account restrictions
• Third-party service failures

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of Skillz Pro materials.

23. Termination or Suspension

Skillz Pro may suspend or terminate a student’s access to the program, community, or materials if the student:

• Seriously violates these Terms
• Distributes or resells course materials
• Engages in abusive or threatening conduct
• Uses the program for unlawful activities
• Attempts to compromise Skillz Pro’s systems
• Engages in conduct that materially harms other students or Skillz Pro

Where access is terminated because of a student’s serious violation of these Terms, the student will generally not be entitled to a refund after the program has started.

24. Privacy

Your use of the Skillz Pro website and program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

25. Changes to These Terms

Skillz Pro may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the website or participation in the program after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Skillz Pro program shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Skillz Pro concerning your use of the website and participation in the program.
